An Emotional Wellbeing Programme for Adults: The Power of the Mind

This 4 week course starting on Monday 18th September - Monday 9th October will teach you the techniques to shift negative emotion to support positive thinking to help you live the life that you want, need and desire.

With relaxation elements promoting NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques, this course will teach you how to move forward to understand the benefits of past experiences.

Led by Nicki Williamson from The Wellbeing People, a qualified Wellbeing Trainer with 22years experience and success within this field.

In small groups you will benefit from her years of experience during a 2hour class per week.

This course will cost £150pp.

Course Content: Understanding Stress and the impacts on our minds and bodies

  • The Benefits of Relaxation - a unique relaxation technique (recorded for delegates to take away with them)
  • Shifting Negative Emotion - practical tools to shift negative emotion when we become ‘stuck’ in negative thinking
  • Positive Self Statements - Focussing our minds on the positive so ensuring we attract more positive outcomes
  • Goal Creation - using our timeline to create empowering goals for our future

The café will be open for refreshments at normal café prices.
